WIILD - Help

Reflect on your Independent Learning

As you go through the process of Independent Learning, it is important for you to reflect on the effectiveness of that process. You should bear in mind global issues of learning, such as time-management and strategies you have used to organise your learning as you progress. Ask yourself the following questions:

    • Was this an effective way for me to learn?
    • Did creating a learning plan and responding to it make my learning effective?
    • Did I use effective strategies (time management etc.)?
    • How would I organize my learning in future?
    • What kind of support would I want in this kind of ‘independent learning’?

All your reflections can be recorded and saved in the REFLECTION section of the PERSONAL FOLDER, so that you have a record of your ideas.
